Olympic Dodgeball Arena 1
Oooh, A big area for playing dodgeball.
Judge Mills Lane scowls from the sidelines. "Dodgeball... why am I refereeing dodgeball!" He shakes his head. Should be in tatarus... "Alright. I want a good clean fight. Nothing below the belt, nothing over the head, and no random artillery fire from the audience." He pauses. Did that make any sense? Probably not. "NOW LET'S GET IT ON!" The ball goes to Overdrive, and it begins...
Overdrive Ostrich grabs the ball and spins it on his finger quickly, then grabs it and throw quickly at Flare Feline, hoping for a quick match.
Overdrive Ostrich throws his dodgeball at Flare Feline, but they manage to catch it. Flare Feline now has the ball.
Well at long last. Flare's final game. His second too. Lots of things have happened until now, including a ruling that nearly got him disqualified becuase his opponent never got around to doing the match. Thankfully though, he now has a shot to get at least bronze. If he can win this, then all the medals will go to RF in dodgeball, since the battle for the gold is done by two RF teams. So he and Ten have to do their best. He's off to a good start, as he catches the ball that Overdrive hurls at him, though it was a close shave. Clutching the ball, he hauls back and fires it at.... Quick Man.
Flare Feline throws his dodgeball at Quick Man, but they manage to catch it. Quick Man now has the ball.
Quick Man catches the ball (why couldn't he do it last game?). Taking no aim at all, he quickly throws it at Ten's direction, making sure to shoot it as fast as possible.

Ten grins as she snatches up the ball. "We should all forget shooting at each other with weapons, and just fight the war by throwing balls at each other! This is fun!" Then it's a toss at Quick Man.

Quick Man catches the ball yet again! But will he manage to hit Ten when he rockets the ball back at her? Only time (and code) will tell.

Ten catches the incoming ball. Looking to Overdrive, she says, "I'm just kidding, of course. Well, sort of." Then it's another toss.

Overdrive Ostrich sweatdrops as Ten's throw gets through again. Must be unlucky today.. He hisses and staggers back.
Ten snatches up the ball again. "Hey, it's just a game!" Then she sends it flying at Quick Man again.
Ten throws her dodgeball at Quick Man, but they manage to catch it. Quick Man now has the ball.
Quick Man catches the ball, again. This time looking at Flare Feline's direction, Quick Man quickly throws the ball at his direction.

Flare Feline also catches the ball.... darnit, this is what happens when you got 4 people who are both agile and dexterious. I guess it's all up to luck. Flare decides to chuck the ball right back at Quick Man, Lina-Inverse Fireball style. Ka-pow!

Quick Man catches the ball, obviously bored of this whole event. Aim not being his strong point, he can onyl rely on speed as again he throws the ball at Ten, causing it shoot at her general direction at high speeds (too bad it isn't a Quick Boomerang though, those are quick!).

Ten catches the ball, takes just a moment to aim at Overdrive Ostrich, and throws.

Again, the ball goes to Quick Man, who throws it back at Ten, maybe next time she'll super throw and he won't have to make another patheric obvious miss shot.

Ten grabs the ball out of the air. "Hey, I think you dropped something!" Giggling, she tosses it back at Quick Man.

Quick Man is hit for the first time, good job! Time to pass it back to the phoenix.
Quick Man performs a Super Throw, striking Ten.
The ball ricochets back to Quick Man
Ten is knocked to the ground, but she gets back up quickly. She decides to be a good sport, and calls out, "Good job!"
Quick Man didn't know he had it in him! Catching the ball yet again, he looks at Ten, then at Flare, then at Ten again, then looks at Flare as again he shoots the ball back at Ten!
Quick Man throws his dodgeball at Ten, but they manage to catch it. Ten now has the ball.
Ten snatches the ball out of the air again. "Hmmm, I tossed it at Quick Man last time, looks like it's Overdrive's turn again!" She aims, and does a double-handed toss.

Overdrive Ostrich hisses loudly at Ten adn finally grabs the ball after being struck! "That's it!" he rages, "Eat it!" He tosses the ball up, jumps, and side-kicks it back at Ten!

Ten grabs the ball. "No thanks. It looks delicious, but it would ruin the game if I ate it!" A quick toss at Quick Man follows.

Overdrive Ostrich grumbles, "Not from where I"m standing..."
Quick Man never talks when fighting, or playing, or whatever. Taking serious aim here (heh, funny), he doesn't manage to aim much better, but still trying is better than nothing! Oh yeah, I forgot! The ball is already making half it's way towards Ten's general direction!

Ten isn't able to catch the ball this time. She gets hit, but at least it doesn't knock her down this time.
Quick Man catches the ball yet again, and finds that maybe trying to take aim is a good idea. Again trying to work with his a bit too moderate hand-eye coordination, he aims the ball, and throws it again at Ten's general direction.
Quick Man performs a Super Throw, striking Ten.

Ten is knocked to the ground again. This time, she has trouble standing back up. Getting hit is taking it's toll on her.
Flare Feline headscratches as he watches the balls go back and forth "Uhh... I happen to be here too..." Quick better watch it, since it's likely against the rules to single someone out exclusivly on the enemy's team.
Quick Man makes another Super Throw! He catches the ball, and takes a deep breath. Better make this throw count! Again taking careful aim, which still isn't too helpful but seems to be enough for now. Quick Man tries to finish her off as again he throws the ball at Ten's general direction.

Ten somehow manages to catch the ball despite the numerous dents in her. Ten forces the pain out of her mind and focuses as she tosses at Overdrive.

Overdrive Ostrich yelps sharply and falls on his back, slowly levering himself up again. "I'm getting *very* tired of that," he grumbles. And he hasn't even had the ball that much!
Ten is focusing on winning for Repliforce, and it is helping her do well in spite of everything. She isn't sure it's a good idea, but she keeps following her pattern, and tosses at Quick Man.

Yes! Finally! Flare is an active member of the team again! Woo! He knows who he's going to target. Beat up Ten will you? Perhaps you should know something, just last year Burst Man nearly killed Ten in a battle outside of London, though minutes later he was e-ringed to heck, by Flare. Bully Ten? Nuh-uh. The ball is flung at Quick Man.

Quick Man catches the ball yet again! Moving his hands fast enough to catch the balls doesn't mean that he throws them as well, but his aim has helped him before! Again using his hand-eye coordination, he throws the ball- after taking aim- at Ten's general direction.

Ten is ready for the ball, and she manages to catch it. She threw it at Quick Man last time, so it's Overdrive's turn. The phoenix takes aim, and tosses.

Overdrive Ostrich clutches the ball tightly, growling. He glares at Ten. Oh yes, he knows where this is going... "Bye bye, Birdie!" he yells, putting the trickiest spin he can on it!

Ten catches the ball. Grinning, she says, "Better watch out, you are a bird too, that saying could come back to haunt you!" Then she groans, still feeling the pain of her earlier hits. Forcing it aside, she throws the ball back at Overdrive Ostrich.

Overdrive Ostrich turns a flip and kicks the ball back again. If tricky spin won't work, maybe power will! Bicycle kick!

Ten is dented yet again. She screams from the pain. "Aaaaahhhhh!"
Overdrive Ostrich snatches up the ball, vaguely surprised Ten is still standing.. "Okay then..." he grunts, hurling it toward the dangerous phoenix once more.

Ten is knocked clear across the Dodgeball arena. Conveniently, she lands near a medic. Good thing, because she needs one!
Quick Man catches the ball as it bounces off of the phoenix, "Well, time to play a little game of Mouse vengeance against the Cat!" He mutters, then takes careful aim before lobbing the ball at Flare Feline's general direction.

Flare Feline's face looks different. You can't really see his eys right now with his head tilted down. As the ball sails towards him, his hand darts up and catches it as it's an inch from his face. Clutching it tightly he tilts his head up. It's something that doesn't happen very often. Flare's mad. "So... you'll just dismiss me out of hand.... and pick on Ten will you?" He clutches tighter "I don't think so..." He hauls the ball back ready for a pitch "You'll regret ignoring me!!" Code-wise, this means nothing, but hey, RP wise Flare's ticked. Considerbly. And he doesn't have a hit on him yet while you two are damaged. Fear. Oh, and the ball us lauched at Quick Man. It almost looks like it's on fire.

Quick Man catches the ball. Time for another very short pose that'll make a sure hit! Taking more careful aim (which really code-wise does nothing, but hey, it worked 3 times!) Quick Man rockets the ball back at Flare's general direction.

Flare Feline catches once again. All his senses are heightened, he's totally fired up. Literally. His armor has gotten super heated, it happens when he gets psyched. Catching the ball he uses it's own momentum to spin around and hurl it right back at Quick Man with a feral snarl.

Well ain't this fun. Flare is a bit single-minded now. He'll see Quick Man go down if it kills him. Again, ball. Thrown. Quick Man. Snarl. You get the picture.

Flare Feline is struck in the face. Ow. Well at least it was his first hit in the whole game. It only served to make Flare angrier.
Angry shmangry, catching the ball after his third Super Throw in the game, Quick Man quickly takes more lame aim before rocketing the ball at super-sonic speed (you can almost hear the sonic boom) at Flare Feline's general direction.

Flare Feline is struck again, and knocked to his back. Standing up, it seems the hit at least knocked some sense into him. Taking a deep breath, he calms himself down. And tries to focus.
Focus shmocus, taking more lame aim, Quick Man throws the ball- with an evil grin on his face-, causing it to break the sound barrier with a loud bang, and so it makes it's way towards Flare Feline's general direction.

Direction Shmirection! Uh, yeah. Finally, Flare gets the ball again. Calmed down now he eyes his advisaries. Well he's in bad shape, that much is clear. I guess, it's up to luck from here on out. He hurls the ball, at Overdrive.

Overdrive Ostrich snaps up the ball, spins, and chucks a curveball back at the cat. He's very eager to finish this... quickly.

Maybe you're eager, but Flare's not about to go down just yet. He still got some spunk left in him. He catches the ball, and sends it sailing right back at Overdrive.

Spunk shmunk, Quick Man won't let the fact that his team mate went down get over him (he never really liked Overdrive anyway), using his special lame aim technique, Quick Man rockets the ball at top speed *BOOOOOOOOM!!!* at Flare Feline's general direction!

Suddenly, a red blur blazes towards you. When it stops in front of you, you see it to be Quick Man, the ultimate speed demon. He raises his right arm, the one with the boomerang launcher on it, and fires a rather slow-moving boomerang into your hand, and dashes away. As you look at it, you see that it is a boomerang-shaped cookie, for you to eat or do whatever you want with it.
It was close, at least. If only those meanies didn't focus on Ten while they played fairly and alternated between the two. Oh well. Flare can't react fat enough, and Quick Man's throw hits him dead in the chest, and throws him back a ways. Hitting the ground, he's defeated, game over.
"No blood? No guts? No glory! Where's the parts, where's the mechfluid, where's the screaming masses! Bah... Quick Man and the Ostridges team won. Feh..." Mills shakes his head, heading off for a phone. "GET ME MY AGENT!"
Overdrive Ostrich climbs up to his feet. "Yaay," he cheers sarcastically for Quick Man.
Ten has been treated by the medic, so she can at least stand up and walk around now. She walks over to Flare, and tries to give him a quick patch-up. "We did our best. At least you knocked out that flightless bird."
Quick Man grabs the ball, and for what? To throw it at top speed in the air of course! Bowing to the crowd and cheering! "WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MEEEEEEEE!!!!! I'm the MAAAAAAA-Ow..." The ball goes down, hitting him straight on his head, causing him to fall down to the floor unconscious.
Overdrive Ostrich walks over, grabs Quick Man by the V on his head, and starts hauling him out of the stadium. "Come on, we've got another event.
Flare Feline lies on his back for a moment, looking up at the night sky. He gives a sigh "Well.... we did our best." Slowly he sits up "At least fourth place is ours. It's not a medal, but it's good enough." After a moment, he stands "Good job out there."
Quick Man is unconscious, so he can't fight back. Better get him to a medbay before you enter the stadium though. X.X
Ten nods to Flare. "You did even better, though. Can you get back to the HQ on your own?"
Flare Feline nods "Yeah, I'm fine. Come on, let's go." Well, they did their best, I guess some people are just better at some things than others.... nah, birdy and the boomerang head just got lucky is all.
Ten nods. "Yeah, let's head back." She is in too much pain to fly, so she walks on out of the arena.
