Seoul - United Nations Plaza

It is here that most of the world's decisions are made. The kind of power here reflects in the architecture, with the HUGE UN building that holds the General Assembly. Blue and dome shaped in design, it is the only one in the world of its kind, and workplace to the thousands that work here. The perimeter of the General Assembly building is surrounded the flags of every country that has a seat, which is nearly everyone. Outside are a number of other large office buildings, ranging from delegate bureau's, to the Headquarters of the UN Police, to a Repliforce office. Constantly patrolled and guarded by UN Police, safety is among an utmost concern after the infamous April Fools Day Massacre. Despite that, the place is a very safe environment.

Reverting into Robot mode, Ground Man begins to approach the UN building... Standing just out of firing range, his entire legion of Joes right behind him. He takes a fighting stance, as a lone Joe marches up next to him, holding a flag high aloft the Wily Skull pronounceed boldly on it.

Wind Falcon is wise enough to not 'start something'. His weapon orbs are settled in at various inconspicuous places and seem to be holding their location, just watching. And he's still up in the clouds above the city.

Ground Man sends a radio transmission.
Ballade receives a radio transmission.

Pirate Man laughs as he watches the others do their work, he motions to the drones saying, "Spread out and capture, make sure no one escapes.", he chuckles for a bit as he prepares for what he's going to do after the others have taken the city, he looks to pilot of the walker saying, "Move faster!", the Joe complies and moves, while they rest that have been with him start to spread out through the city and search for any survivors

Storm Eagle simply walks along with Radar... why he's out and about? That's anyone's guess... but with events going on as they are... he may as well be here.

Radar Meerkat looks over his shoulder, and sees some of the Joes stationed in the city watching their every move. He sighs in disappointment. "Well how'dya like that."

(Ch. B [RMSecureI]) Ground Man transmits: 'Things seem a bit too quiet...'.

Storm Eagle glances back, "Excellent," he mutters. He knew about the GNN either way but wasn't sure how bad it had really gotten. "Seems Wily's making his big push.."

Boomer Kuwanger sifts in, following Storm and Radar. "Let's see what Wily is planning... this can't be good." Boomer watchs his back a lot, feeling very paranoid.

(Ch. B [RMSecureI]) Pirate Man transmits: 'Aye I agree, but what would ye expect since the Repliforce surrendered mate?'.

Heat Man has arrived.
Heat Man treads in, humming.

(Ch. A [RMBroadband]) Ballade transmits: 'Just stay on watch.'.

(Ch. B [RMSecureI]) Ground Man transmits: 'Repliforce did surrender, but did the UN?'.

(Ch. B [RMSecureI]) Dr. Wily transmits: 'Give them a brief deadline my dear Ballade, like say... ohhh, a minute! Nyahaha! We have other cities to conquer. *just where -is- Wily?*'.

(Ch. B [RMSecureI]) Dr. Landon DeVry transmits: 'Be careful, Albert.'.

(Ch. A [RMBroadband]) Ballade transmits: 'Yes, Doctor.'.

(Ch. A [RMBroadband]) Heat Man transmits: 'Anyone have anything they'd like me to look after specifically?'.

Radar Meerkat pulls a grape soda out of his backpack, and pops the top, chugging it down. "Still, it's... <glug>... Pretty cool...a whole city, totally deserted except for mechs! And they're -running- the place! Anywhere else other than Robotropolis, you're not going to see this every day, sirs."

Ballade folds his arms across his chest, the Joes forming up into impressive ranks of identical drones, each standing exactly the same. It's like Storm Troopers, only green and with one eye. Oh, and shields.

The Elite's magnified voice booms out. "You have a minuite to decide. The world will not wait upon you."

Storm Eagle nods, "Quite right Radar." the eagle's talons simply continue to click lightly as the trio goes, "Perhaps we should see what he's up too, but I'd imagine it's the end of the UN... if so there is really no point in halting his progress..."

Knight Man is in the background, with most of the rest of the masters and gumbies. He's not really leading or commanding anything, just causing his personal form of mayham (OOCly take this as a general pose, since I just joined this scene and I'm not too sure what I should ICly be doing yet)

Heat Man befreft of Orders...Holds. He's not exactly sure what, if anything he should be doing besides coralling Joes into formation.
Boomer Kuwanger nods to Storm. "I just /hate/ being upstaged by those Masters. First a BBQ, then this!"

"Wh-what are your demands?" a male voice calls out weakly. "What is going to happen to the Secretary General and the senators? We will decide to do what's best..."

Crystal Man approaches the plaza at an easy walking pace, wearing his full armor just as the others in the area likely are. He chooses a place to stand not far from the Joe ranks, having finished ensuring that the immediate area is secure.

Radar Meerkat pauses in front of an old, four-story tenament building, where some haunted-looking people are staring out of an upper-story window, watching the systematic end to the world they know. Radar's face brightens, and he quickly scrambles to get his camera out. Tilting it up toward the window, he smiles and waves at the mournful, traumatized people. "Hey guys -- down here! Photo op! You look -great-! Work it for the camera! That's it!" *click*

Ballade taps his foot gently on the smooth concrete of the plaza. "It is none of your concern. The Secretary General will learn her place, along with the rest of the world. Your UN no longer exists. There is only the rule of Wily! Stand down, or be destroyed!" The Joes around him all heft their weapons in unison. "You have... forty five seconds remaining!"

Boomer Kuwanger smiles at Radar. "It's good to see such vigor in the new recruits. I want some of those pictures. I just might start a newsletter..."

Storm Eagle chuckles lightly at Radar, but Boomer's words ring rather true. "Let us simply take a look then," the eagle says. His wings spread wide and he takes to the air, trying to get a good look around the area.

Pirate Man chuckles as he arrives at the plaza still onboard the walker with part of his forces, he looks to the others saying, "Time for some fun, mates. Why don't we just punder the city for their treasures?", he chuckles for a bit as he puts his drones into rank except those that are part of his main crew, the rest that he already sent off continue to search the city ready to attack anything or anyone thats get in their way

(Ch. A [RMBroadband]) Ballade transmits: 'Wait! Drones are reporting airborne non-Master unit. Investigate!'.

(Ch. B [RMSecureI]) Heat Man transmits: 'Umm...Ballade, sir? I just heard the voice of a couple known Mavericks in the crowd. We might want to keep an eye on them.'.

Radar Meerkat chuckles, grinning up at Boomer and Storm. "Couldn't help myself," he admits.

Wind Falcon remains observing through his orbs, staying hidden in the clouds as he does. He could fire, but that'd likely be misinterpreted as a guerilla assault. A few Joes killed, at the cost of a couple thousand innocents...hmm, sucky trade.

Knight Man comes up behind Pirate "Indeedeth, I agree with thee brother. We shouldst not wasteth this chance to pillage this wretched place, maketh them truely remember us, mwaha!"

(Ch. B [RMSecureI]) Ground Man transmits: 'Mind if I grab one...?'.

(Ch. B [RMSecureI]) Ballade transmits: 'Get them out of here. Or restrain them. I don't care which - I want no interference with the Doctor's victory. Try not to cause too much damage should force be needed.'.

(Ch. B [RMSecureI]) Ballade transmits: 'However, warn them first. DO NOT provoke a fight if it can be avoided.'.

Ground Man grunts, and then drops back down into his rat tunnel...

(Ch. B [RMSecureI]) Heat Man transmits: 'Ground, I think one of them was at the BBQ. See if you can talk to him. I probably shouldn't though...given we got...involved in an altercation at Blazing Fists.'.

Ballade folds his arms, watching the silent building in front of him.

"Thirty seconds!"

Behind him, a few squads of Joes peel off, and head in the direction of the Mavericks. At least one shoulders a SAM launcher...

Ground Man sends a radio transmission to Storm Eagle.
Storm Eagle receives a radio transmission from Ground Man.

Boomer Kuwanger blinks, and watchs the Joes come towards them. "Great. Can't a guy walk around anymore without being attacked?"

And so the clock draws closer and closer to the deadline, the moment of truth. Will the greatest alliance of nations history has ever seen crumble before the face of the ambitious Doctor, or will they hold vigilant to the very end?

Gravity Man looks around, then starts to follow close behind the joes. Ya'know, as backup, if necessary.

Crystal Man frowns and breaks formation as he hears new orders via broadband. . o O (It seems that the others are dealing with the Mavericks... which leaves me to look for the unidentified airborne one. Where are our flying brothers when we need them...) O o . Shaking his head, the master of jewels makes his way to a tall building nearby and up its fire escape...

(Ch. B [RMSecureI]) Ground Man transmits: 'Hasn't Dr. Light... Joined forces with the UN?'.

Storm Eagle mutters, looking back downward towards his companions, "Fall back, seems they think we're hostile." he says winging back away from the source of activity, but even while he's backing up he goes upward... far far upward.

(Ch. B [RMSecureI]) Ballade transmits: 'No.'.

(Ch. B [RMSecureI]) Ground Man transmits: 'And thus he maybe with in the complex?'.

Frantic whispering can be heard between a number of people from the tones of voices. It doesn't sound like all the people in the building are in agreement.

(Ch. B [RMSecureI]) Heat Man transmits: 'If he is, I'm sure Dad will be happy to see him. Don't you?'.

(Ch. B [RMSecureI]) Ballade transmits: 'The Maverick Hunters have gone rogue. Neo Tokyo is later.'.

Radar Meerkat says, "Huh?? Why are they attacking us?? That doesn't make any sense..."

(Ch. B [RMSecureI]) Ground Man transmits: ' OOC: check it out... +bbread 9/17'.

Pirate Man chuckles as he climbs down from the vehicle, he watches the others as he listens to the radio, he looks to Knight Man saying, "Aye but we have to wait until Ballade gives thee order. I hate waiting at times.", the corsair silently turns his optics towards the Elite

Ballade ignores the minor commotion behind him. He smirks very slightly when he recieves the reports that the Mavericks are falling back. This is the Robot Master victory - and the Mavericks are not to be trusted. Returning his attention to the UN building, he makes a sweeping gesture with one arm. "Heavy Weapons Squad - Forward! Arm Weapons!" Several squads of Joes in heavier armor, carrying huge, evil looking weapons move forwards.

"You have ten seconds remaining. Either surrender, or make peace with whatever powers you believe in!"

Knight Man nods at Pirate "Tis true, but we art doing this for our Lord Wily, so this dost cometh first. But I art sure that he wouldn't mindeth a great deal of pillaging AFTER we art done here, mwaha!"
Boomer Kuwanger has reconnected.

Radar Meerkat takes pictures of the advancing Joes as he skitters down the street, trying to keep out of harm's way. "This just rules! I wish they weren't coming after -us-, though, then it would rule even more," he tells Boomer.

Storm Eagle mutters, continuing to ascend. Even if he is moving away from the goings on he can still see it clear as crystal. He tightbeams his comrades as he goes, eyes keeping on the center of the plaza.
Storm Eagle sends a radio transmission to Boomer Kuwanger.

Boomer Kuwanger receives a radio transmission from Storm Eagle.
Boomer Kuwanger blinks, and runs after Radar. "I really hate this part..."

Storm Eagle sends a radio transmission to Radar Meerkat.

Storm Eagle receives a radio transmission from Boomer Kuwanger.

Heat Man kneels as the Joes advance, ready in case he has to take action. They've worked so hard...could it all end here?

Ground Man immerges from his rat hole, wielding, perhaps the biggest bunker busting missile in all of Wily's aresenal...

Crystal Man continues up the fire escape, looking around for any sign of the unidentified flyer Ballade mantioned as he goes...

Radar Meerkat flees into a park, and with rather surprising agility climbs up a tree...-desperately- trying to maintain some sort of nice vantage point for more pictures of suffering humans.

Storm Eagle is rather high above the ground, though near the building Crystal is heading up. The eagle has no ill will though this night...

Wind Falcon probably isn't the unidentified flier. Shouldn't be, he's hidden pretty well in the clouds. And he's kept a reasonably low profile.

(Ch. A [RMBroadband]) Ballade transmits: 'Leave the Mavericks be - as long as they do not interefere.'.

Pirate Man smirks as he nods to Knight but doesn't say anything as he checks his personal radio, he chuckles as he keeps in contact with his drones, which can easily be telled apart by the Wily Roger marked on their uniforms, Pirate looks to Ballade waiting for his next move while preparing a small one of his own

(Ch. A [RMBroadband]) Crystal Man transmits: 'Speaking of which, Storm Eagle seems to be the flying one our drones reported.'.

"We surrender! We surrender," a voice sobs, cracking on the last word. "Guards, lower your weapons. We have other ways of fighting this. We need to be strong and help the Secretary General... she must stay safe." The main doors open slowly and the guards begin to trickle out one by one, their guns and tasers are leaned up against the railing of the stairs. After the guards line up against the side of the United Nations building, the civil workers, assistants, and minor senators walk out with their hands out in the open.

"Must... resist... Must... not... press..." Ground Man's finger edges closer and closer to the firing button on his massive Bazooka... "Red... Button..."

Heat Man stands to attention. His smile is fit to split his face, even on this solemn occasion. His father's new world is at hand. It's a massive dream come true. And he's here to see it.

Boomer Kuwanger stays near Radar, and watches out for the Joes. "Where are they? Anyway kido, we need to head out soon, newsletter or not. It's getting dangerous."

Ballade raises his hands, in a gesture to stand down. "A wise choice." The Joes all lower their weapons, taking a step back with a single sound. "Robot Masters! Lower your weapons, and occupy the building. Battilion two - escort the prisoners to the camps!" The Elite smirks slightly, and turns to start towards the Temjin. "This... is only the beginning."

(Ch. E [Public]) Ballade transmits: 'It is done! The UN is fallen. All Hail Wily!'.

Ground Man says, "Oh we... won..." He chucks the bazooka behind him into the hole, like some day old soda that's been left out all night, and has defizzed in the process. Only it's not... BOOM... The rocket fires off blindly into the air, whizzing about like mad, barely missing Wind Falcon in the cloud... Ground Man just blinks, "Oops..."

(Ch. E [Public]) Heat Man transmits: 'ALL HAIL DAD!'.

Radar Meerkat peeks down out of the tree, at Boomer. "Yessir, but...the best photo ops come out of dangerous situations! True? Besides, I think the Masters are too busy partying right now to care much about us, as long as we mind our own biz."

Heat Man blinks. Well, fireworks. He begins walking proudly towards the UN entrance, passing the broken faces of the UN guards and soldiers. It's amazing. He can't help but start laughing as he goes.

(Ch. B [RMSecureI]) Dr. Wily transmits: 'Nyahaha. Excellent Ballade, indeed... this is only just the beginning.'.

Ground Man roars! and then marches up into the UN building with his legion of Joes...

Crystal Man allows himself a small smile as the UN surrenders. . o O
(At last our day has come... at long last.) O o . Tossing the airborne Maverick a suspicious glare, he turns to make his way down the fire escape again so as to follow Ballade's orders to occupy the UN building...

Ground Man enters the United Nations Building.
Ground Man has left.

(Ch. B [RMSecureI]) Heat Man transmits: 'Here's to the new world, guys...'.

Wind Falcon saw it coming, literally, several miles away. Getting a view of the bazooka round from one of his orbs lets him glide aside within the cloud to ensure it'll miss him, and it does just that. But he's done what he wants to do, so he calls back the drones, and begins rising even further into the sky, probably intent on leaving relatively unseen.

Joes from the army start to break up, taking the soldiers into custody. The collect the weapons, and start to spread out in search teams. Looking for humans. Soon the re-eductation camps will be established, and all the world will learn the glory of Wily.

Gravity Man starts smiling like a maniac, and starts to swiftly walk over to the UN building entrance. oO(Seeing everything coming together like this...It's so beautiful!)Oo

Gravity Man enters the United Nations Building.
Gravity Man has left.

(Ch. A [RMBroadband]) Crystal Man transmits: 'To the new world!'.

Storm Eagle shakes his head, hearing it with his own audials... "Unbelievable." he says quietly before turning to hover for a few moments.

(Ch. B [RMSecureI]) Knight Man transmits: '*nothing but evil laughing* Mwahahahahahaha!'.

Heat Man enters the United Nations Building.
Heat Man has left.

(Ch. A [RMBroadband]) Heat Man transmits: 'Umm...what parts of the building do you want us to secure first?'.

Ground Man arrives from the United Nations Building.
Ground Man has arrived.

(Ch. A [RMBroadband]) Dr. Landon DeVry transmits: 'Do not celebrate yet. The Hunters and Mavericks still remain.'.

(Ch. A [RMBroadband]) Ballade transmits: 'Irrelivant. Just take control of the building.'.

Radar Meerkat cheerfully sits up in the tree, snapping pictures and humming to himself.

Knight Man mwahas as they surrender, and all clear out like rats feeling a sinking ship "The cowards! Bwaha! I admiteth, it may have been more fun had they NOT surrendered, but this is a victory for us nevertheless!" He deforms his mace, back into a normal hand and then tromps off, into the UN building

(Ch. A [RMBroadband]) Ballade transmits: 'DeVry? Shut up.'.

The flags outside the UN building begin to go down, one by one, and replaced with Wily's own personal brand of flag.

(Ch. A [RMBroadband]) Heat Man transmits: 'I've reached the office of the secretary general without resistance! I'm stealing some pens and a coffee cup!'.

Crystal Man is among the last to enter, as he has further to travel than most of his brothers.

Individuals entering the UN building tend to remark favorably on the open atrium space that is carved out of the rest of the UN building like a slice of an orange. Advanced construction techniques allows light to fall freely through the curved `ceiling' into this part of the building, allowing the variety of plants and greenery within to flourish in natural sunlight. Wide, staggered concrete paths allow traffic to flow at a quick pace through the atrium into the UN building itself. Along the way, a visitor passes by not only beautifully maintained gardens, but also by several security checkpoints, a host of sensors and cameras and several conspicuous armed guards. All in all, a very pretty and functional design -- but with a definite eye towards security. There will be no April Fools here.

Heat Man returns, whistling, and smiling like mad. "We did it. We really did it. Want some pens from the Secretary general's office?"

(Ch. A [RMBroadband]) Gravity Man transmits: 'Hey, this place looks pretty cool. The placard says it's the "Intelligence and Data Security." Can someone who understands this sort of thing come on up here?'.

Knight Man bahs "Forgeth the /pens/, there art much more valuables aroundeth to plunder, mwaha!"

(Ch. A [RMBroadband]) Dr. Landon DeVry transmits: 'Pens and coffee cups? Steal papers, files, above all things find out the location of the classified research facilities.'.

(Ch. A [RMBroadband]) Ballade transmits: 'Send for Synth. I want all that data downloaded. Research is less important than information of immediate tactical and strategic use.'.

Crystal Man nods back to Heat Man. "Definitely. Souveniers can be taken later..." With that, he heads for the elevator...

This `room' is actually a series of rooms broken up by mobile cubicle walls to encase temporary offices or to accomodate the regular upgrades of equipment. By far the most critical part of the area is an amphitheater-like structure furthest from the entry point that is covered in huge screens, with one predominant screen showing the world in a Mercator projection. This big, apparently live map shows a series of multicolored lines crisscrossing the surface of the world, as long as showing a series of blinking circular icons making their way across its surface. Before it is are rows of terminals covered in blinking lights and other errata attended by legions of individuals, Reploid, cyborg and human alike. The entire area is always abuzz with activity and communication. Security here is extremely tight.

A cubicle jungle spans to the walls, humans and Reploids working side by side to send the latest news and intelligence reports to the appropriate people. The jungle stops at the center of the room, where the cubicle walls raise up higher than casual Reploid glances could penetrate, soundproofed, insulated against any sort of intelligence-gathering attempt. Within it is a round table where the Security Council can meet to discuss crisis situations in private.

At first, a person entering this conservatively appointed part of the United Nations might mistake it for a meeting area in a megacorp; once passing by several smaller meeting rooms and passing through the large double doors, there is a large rectangular oak table with posh leather chairs set around it, with a large window behind the head and foot of the table. The UN symbol in the middle of this main conference table, however, and the data interaction areas at each seat, would reveal its governmental use. Screens can be pulled down over the windows to allow for things to be projected onto them, and the UN symbol on the table allows for holographic projection of more complex images.

UN HQ - Offices

This part of the United Nations building is broken up into office space. Various parties have offices here, primarily organizations within the UN and their respective employees. The color scheme follows the UN standard; nice, tidy blue carpeting, white walls, white ceiling lit by efficient, silent florescent lights. It's not lavish, but it suffices for the purposes of those individuals who have space here.

Heat Man nods, smiling. "We will purify the world in Dad's name. Really amazing."

Gravity Man says, "Who needs to purify it? We just need to run it. I wonder if I can have Hawaii?"

Gravity Man eyes start to glaze over..."I've got PLANS for Hawaii."

Knight Man smirks, if you can see it behind the helmet "I shalt asketh for Scotland, yes, mwaha..."

Heat Man smiles and leans back in a chair. Amazed.

(Ch. A [RMBroadband]) Guts Man transmits: 'But if we claim the Megacities first they'll retreat into the more secluded areas. Shouldn't we claim both at the same time? They'd be stuck in a no man's land type of thing.'.

(Ch. A [RMBroadband]) Tron Bonne transmits: 'We'll at last be able to reclaim what was ours... Teisel and Bon will be /overjoyed/! We can get our family's rightful place back!'.

(Ch. A [RMBroadband]) Yamato Man transmits: 'Of course, m'Lord Ballade. This is all just idle dreaming until we have our hand around the throats of all the major cities, leaving no fortifications before or behind us.'.

(Ch. B [RMSecureI]) Ballade transmits: 'Because we lack the manpower to completely canvas the globe at the moment.'.

(Ch. A [RMBroadband]) Gravity Man transmits: 'Yeah. Does this mean I can only go to Hawaii in summers?'.

United Nations Building
