New York City February 18th, 2006 - It has only been a few weeks since the Gates first appeared in Karakura. Orihime Inoue had already visisted a few worlds, not being able to resist the curiousity. On this day she comes across Chad, quietly listening to some music, and she convinces him to visit New York City through one of the Gates. He agrees, reluctatly at first. Once they enter the Big Apple they have an unusual encounter with Mr. Nobody.

Streets of Karakura
March 5th, 2006 - A few weeks after their visit to New York City Chad comes across Orihime and Tatsuki walking about Karakura. They both try to keep Tatsuki in the dark about Soul Society, but Chad and Orihime start to get the feeling that it will become increasingly difficult. Especially with the recent phenomena surrounding the Gates.

Townsville March 19th, 2006 - (A note, there was a scene prior to this referenced in the log, but I neglected to log it. It involved a Hollow attack in Karakura) Chad goes out on his own to explore the worlds through the Gates. He stumbles across Townsville, the home of the Powerpuff Girls. He had encountered Buttercup a few days before in Karakura, and here he gets the full introduction. He also witnesses the Amoeba Boys attmepting to pull off a successful crime, and failing miserably.

Uraharopoly March 25th, 2006 - It has been months since Ichigo and the others returned from Soul Society and Chad's loss to Captain Kyouraku still stings. He decides to go after one of the only people that can help him train his power: Kisuke Urahara. Unfortuantely Chad didn't realize that trying to get anyting from the bizarre shop-owner is like pulling teeth, and he has to earn the right to train. By winning a game of Monopoly! Other players include Giroro and Nergal Jr., and Tatsuki even drops by near the end.

Detention March 30th, 2006 - Chad drops in on Ichigo and Rukia who got some detention that day. They're forced to clean the classroom together, which is a 20-minute task extended to two hours thanks to their inability to work together. Chad also asks Ishida a favor relating to his newfound employment at Urahara's shop.

Lunchtime April 11th, 2006 - (A note, there was a scene prior to this referenced in the log, but I neglected to log it. It involved a party and a fireworks display, and Kenpachi fighting Tatsuki) During a regular schoolday, the ususal suspects are having lunch on their usual spot: The school roof. Tatsuki arrives to show Ichigo her (Honorary) 11th Division armband, which was given to her by Yachiru. I leave the scene just as PE class starts, but Kenpachi apparently showed up and decided he was the new PE teacher.

We're Good At What We Do April 14th, 2006 - ..and what we do is punch things. Chad meets up with Ranma Saotome, who was passing through Karakura. After a brief introduction they get to know each other the only way male characters in a shounen series know how to: Beating the ever-loving crap out of each other. Ranma wins because he's a main character, and Chad is just support. In the end, Chad offers to let Ranma stay in his apartment while he's in Karakura. It beats sleeping in a tent in the rain.

Roomies April 20th, 2006 - (A note, there was a scene prior to this referenced in the log, but I neglected to log it. It involved a large battle in a Park in Karakura, where Chad, Ranma, and several others battled Lust and other Syndicate members.) Walking home one evening Chad comes across Ranma just as it is about to rain. Still oblivious to Ranma's curse, Chad leads him to his apartment. After a few close-calls, Ranma manages to avoid even getting slightly damp! Yuna shows up in the end with a proposition for the martial artist.

Construction April 22nd, 2006 - Orihime's apartment was demolished in a previous scene by a rampaging Ichigo and Kenpachi. Chad stops by to help rebuild things, and he gets to put his ridiculous muscles to use. There's some talking, some cookies, some deja-vu involving an I-Beam, and Envy stops by to make things complicated. Good times were had by (most) all.

Explanations April 23rd, 2006 - Tatsuki arrives at Urahara's Shop and finds Chad outside sweeping. The two have a little chat where Chad fills her in a bit on all the things that have happened. Tatsuki had already found out about Soul Society, so Chad tells his own side of things, and offers a few explanations.

Tatsuki Brawl May 28th, 2006 - Tatsuki walks in on Chad training in Urahara's underground facility. She's interested in testing herself on someone with crazy spiritual power, so she makes Chad fight her. He was pretty uncomfortable with the idea of fighting someone like her, but he agrees. If only because he knows she wants to better herself.

Training with Inoue June 11th, 2006 - Much like the last log, Chad is talked into an uncomfortable training match by another friend. He likes the idea of fighting Orihime even less than fighting Tatsuki. At least he knows Arisawa is used to being punched at. But fighting the delicate, cheerful Orihime? He does it as a favor, though he holds back quite a bit.

Menos Grande June 30th, 2006 - A Menos Grande decides to peek its collossal head inside Karakura, and is met with resistance from pretty much everyone. Ichigo decides to get all irritated at the IPA for interfering, and gets on Superman's case. Chad tries to talk some reason into his friend, though Superman resolves the situation another way.

Conquistadores July 22nd, 2006 - Things take a turn for the disasterous for the Bleach cast, as the Arrancar arrive on the scene. Ulquiorra and Yammy promptly begin beating down everyone who approaches them. This scene plays out MOSTLY identical to how it does in the manga, though it deviates considerably about half-way through.

Recovery July 23rd, 2006 - The day following the Arancar attack has many of the victims recovering at the General Hospital in Karakura. Chad and Orihime's rooms were near each other, so they eventually meet up. Superman also drops by to check in on them, and offers Chad a genuine membership in the IPA. There's a bit of attempted angst over what happened, but Orihime cheers Chad up by throwing a pink plushie at his head. Really? Who could angst after that?

The Cast Comes Off August 7th, 2006 - The final healing process on Chad's arm compeltes, and Inoue shows up at his apartment to give it one more look-over. And try to snap Chad out of his funk again.

Proposal September 7th, 2006 - Over a month after the Arrancar attack Chad finds himself being left behind in more ways than one. Ichigo vanishes to undergo his own mysterious training, Orihime and many others bravely venture outside the Gates on a regular basis. Chad's own attempts to strengthen himself prove fruitless, until Yoruichi confronts him at his old haunt and makes a proposal.

DiGi-Ichi October 1st, 2006 - Chad discovers Soi Fong, Ukitake and Yoruichi training Kitty Pryde at his old hang-out and drops in for a chat. He also finds Yoruichi testing out a new 'DiGi' model Gigai from Urahara, and Chad just can't resist the cute.

Frozen Dragon October 13th, 2006 - Chad's training begins in earnest when he challenges Captain Hitsugaya, at Captain Ukitake's request. Though Chad quickly sees just how much he needs to improve before he can stand shoulder to shoulder to Ichigo again. But it doesn't stop him, he only becomes more determined to improve, and continue to improve.

Invitation October 17th, 2006 - Orihime catches up with Chad after school, and the two walk home together. They both fill each other in on everything they've been doing, and Orihime officially invites Chad to join the Relief Society.

Nerima
October 22nd, 2006 -  Chad decides to head to Nerima, following the directions Ranma last left for him, just to drop in on the Martial Artist and see the zone where he lives. He doesn't stay long, but he gets to meet Akane, and become familiar with the Tendo Dojo.

Masquerade Ball October 28th, 2006 - Chad takes part in his first Relief Society event, a Masquerade Ball. Though the poor guy misses the point of dressing up for this event, and only comes in a suit. Luckily Hokuto helps him save face by providing a mask. Chad also meets up with Summoner Yuna and her 'Guardian', Envy, and becomes a bit more aquainted with the girl from Spira.
